In true Shavuot spirit, the Virtual Jewish Women’s Circle invites you to join-in from your kitchen for a fun and relaxed evening where we'll learn the art of making your own cottage cheese, using just 3 ingredients and 3 easy steps!

Ingredient List:
2 litres full fat milk (can use semi-skimmed but it will yield less cheese)
1/2 cup lemon juice OR vinegar
salt to taste
Supply List:
Big dairy pot
Mixing Spoon
A Tablespoon
Food Thermometer (you can do without, but it will be easier if you have one)
Cheesecloth*
Colander
A container that can hold at least 2 cups
*if you don’t have a cheesecloth you can substitute with any thin cotton material eg. baby muslin, handkerchief, flour sack towel, bandana, cloth napkin.
